我们公司生产的不锈钢烟熏炉，只需要一个人操作；根据豆腐干含水量的多少，一炉加工时间也不一样，含水量比较少的豆干，一炉加工 时间约25-30分钟；含水比较多的豆干，一炉加工时间约40-70分钟；锯木消耗量一炉约2-3斤；用电量8-20度。
  豆腐干不需要翻面，也不会起泡，颜色金黄，木香味浓。操作简单，只需要接通三相电源，通过控制面板上的按钮操作即可；自动化排潮排烟按钮，使用寿命高，清理烟油也是非常方便；（本设备我公司负责上门指导安装调试）
烟雾发生器装置采用木屑颗粒等发烟，发烟稳定，上色快，并且烟雾进入箱体有过滤网，可过滤杂质灰尘，所以进入箱体的烟是干净清洁的。
   封闭式操作不污染环境，不伤害操作人员，占地面积紧凑，排烟时间短；
本设备具有烘干，干燥，热熏等流程，用户可根据产品加工工艺的不同要求，灵活选择适当的工艺程序，实现自动控制；
  本设备有烟熏箱，自动程序控制器，烟雾发生器等部分组成，关键部分由蒸汽管道，热交换器和出气管道组成完善的循环系统，箱内熏烟与热气的混合气体在循环风机的作用下，形成涡流区域，使其着色并带有芳香味；
